This is a legitimate installer. On first run Windows may ask for a security confirmation; follow the steps below to install normally.

Click the small More info link inside the dialog. — The Run button is hidden until you click this.

Press the Run anyway button that appears below.

When the setup wizard opens, continue with Next → Install.

② "User Account Control (UAC)" prompt

On "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click Yes. Installation requires administrator rights.

③ The downloaded file shows as "blocked"

Right-click the downloaded NineFoldBridge-Setup.exe → Properties.

At the bottom, check Unblock → OK → run it again.

④ Browser or antivirus blocks the download

In the browser (Edge/Chrome) download bar, open the … menu → Keep.

If antivirus quarantines it, restore/allow it from quarantine and run again. This is a safe, legitimate installer.
