QWhat exactly is NineFold Bridge?
A Windows desktop automation app that automatically gathers scattered documents (capture), extracts only the values you need exactly as written (extract), and types them into your web and desktop ERP systems and databases without touching them. All a person does is pick a task and run it — capture, extraction, and entry are handled automatically.
QHow is it different from traditional RPA or macros?
Ordinary RPA breaks easily because someone scripts screen coordinates and rules by hand. NineFold Bridge needs no hand-written form rules. It remembers a form once processed and recognizes the same document automatically next time, and you pick input fields with point-and-click. One document can be entered into multiple systems at once, and databases connect both ways for read and write.
QDo I have to write form rules or templates myself?
No. The goal is zero rule-writing. It remembers a form once processed and recognizes and fills the same document automatically. With certified templates, recognized forms skip AI extraction entirely, greatly cutting processing cost and time.
QHow accurate is extraction? Does it change the original?
Original-preserving by principle. Values are taken exactly as written with no paraphrasing or distortion, and a person can review and correct them before entry. A 3-stage classification (ignore boilerplate · extract single values · exclude tables) picks only the values you need.

QMy company ERP is not on your list — can you still connect?
Yes. Web and desktop ERPs not on the list also connect once you point at the input fields on screen (selector capture). It works with SAP, Oracle, Douzone (iCUBE · Smart A), Younglimwon K-System, Korea Customs UNI-PASS, and even in-house ERPs used only inside your company.
QDoes it work only with web ERP, or desktop ERP too?
Both. Web ERP uses browser automation; installed desktop ERP uses Windows UI automation to fill fields directly. Once you capture a field with point-and-click selector capture, entry is automatic from then on.
QCan it enter data into several systems at once?
Yes. Verified data can be sent to multiple targets at once (N:N connectivity). For example, one purchase order can be entered into SAP, Korea Customs UNI-PASS, and an internal database simultaneously.
QWhat document formats and input sources are supported?
PDF, image, and XLSX files, scanners, email attachments (IMAP), and exports from connected programs are gathered automatically. Databases (MySQL · PostgreSQL · MSSQL · Oracle · SQLite · Google Sheets) connect both ways as source and target.
QDo I have to log in again every time?
No. With a persistent profile per target, you log in once and are not asked again during later automated entry. The login session is remembered so repetitive work is not interrupted.

QIs it only data entry, or are there collaboration features?
It does not stop at entry. It mirrors your company approval line so you submit, approve, and reject in one flow; you find colleagues by name for 1:1 and group real-time chat; and you can attach imported originals and extracted results straight into chats and approvals to review together.
QDoes our data leave the building? How secure is it?
Work data is stored local-first on each PC. Login credentials are encrypted in the Windows secure store (DPAPI); passwords themselves are not stored, only the session is kept. Server authentication uses JWT, with organization, role, and usage management.

QIs installation complicated? Do I need to sign up?
No sign-up required. Download and run the installer and the wizard guides you; on first launch the app registers this PC and you start right away. Plan and license management are handled after install in the app or the user portal.
QWindows shows a security warning during install — is that okay?
Yes. The app is not code-signed with a commercial certificate yet, so on first run Windows SmartScreen may show a precautionary warning. On the blue screen, click More info → Run anyway and it installs normally. Step-by-step guidance is on the download page.
QWhat does it cost? Is it really free?
It is currently free for a limited time. Install now and use it free immediately. Later plans can be viewed and requested in the user portal, and company-wide volume pricing is available.
